At Dad and Daughter Custom Homes, we offer newly constructed homes built to the same quality and standards as our fully customized homes. Chris Rosipal
Executive Builder
After moving to the DFW area in 1991, Chris (Dad) embarked on a career in Law Enforcement. After a fulfilling 20 year career, Chris decided to retire and follow his passion to build full time. Chris has been building full time in the Cedar Creek Lake area since 2012.
Chris is married to Kristi and has a son, Cidell and a daughter, Kierstin.
Chris is responsible for the day to day operations and is the point of contact for clients during the design and build process.

Kierstin Rosipal
Assistant Site Manager and Designer
Kierstin (Daughter) shares her father's passion for building. After a successful collegiate volleyball career playing in Iowa and Oklahoma, Kierstin attended the University of Texas at Tyler. In 2021 Kierstin graduated Summa Cum Laude graduating with a 4.0 earning a bachelors degree in Engineering/Construction Management.Â
Kierstin's eye for design and attention to detail make for a great foundation of a successful design/builder.
